This agreement is made on today's date (listed above) between the Client (the person and/or company named above, hereafter referred to as "the Client") and the Designer, Lauren Antrosiglio working under the alias of Tao Website & Graphic Design.
The Designer agrees to provide design, consulting, or marketing services to the Client (or any service under the umbrella of this agency).
Projects are always accepted by the Designer on a "First Come, First Served" basis. In some cases, that may indicate that your estimated time until project completion will be extended due to unforeseen circumstances with another project that was started previously. However, the Designer will always attempt to get your project completed prior to or on the date previously discussed. In addition, please note that revisions or changes requested by the Client will also add time to the project, and may extend the deadline for completion as well.
The designer will respond to all client communications via email or text (whichever the client prefers) within 24 hours. During extremely busy times, there may be a longer wait time.
Tao Website & Graphic Design gives careful attention to each client's project; therefore, all feedback regarding the website needs to be via email or text (no Zoom or phone calls). Contact the Designer via email at lauren@taowebsites.net or text at (541) 604-8290.
When the final project draft is sent to the client, the client can request as many revisions as they would like; however, the revisions must be completed and approved within one week. This ensures that the client will be happy with the final result, and also that the payment for work rendered is not held up by ongoing revisions.
Once payment is received, the client may still request changes, and these will be billed at the regular hourly rate with a one hour minimum.
Payment is due immediately after work is completed; however, clients are given 2 days to remit payment.
Once an invoice is 5 days overdue, a 15% late fee will be added to the invoice.
In the event that payment is overdue past 5 days, the Designer will contact the Wix Partner Resolutions department, which could result in the website being unpublished until payment in full with the late fee is received.
This agreement is taken in tandem with the general Terms & Conditions on the taowebsites.com website, and use of this website and signature on this agreement is also an agreement to those terms.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason they deem necessary with written notice.
Upon cancellation of this design agreement for any reason, the Client will be responsible for all expenses incurred prior to agreement termination (due within two days of invoice issue date).
Should the Client choose to cancel this project at any time, the client will remain responsible for all expenses incurred prior to agreement termination (due within two days of invoice issue date).
By signing below, the Client agrees they have read, understood, and will comply with the terms listed in this agreement.
I understand that all communication with the Designer will be via email or text only, and that this allows Tao Websites to work on my project and other clients' projects in the most efficient way. *
I understand that I am responsible for all expenses incurred if I should decide to terminate this agreement.*
